The beach
Mellow waves, shoulder-deep water.
Sayulita's main beach is one of the best places in Mexico to learn to surf. The sandy bottom is forgiving for first-timers, and in the beginner area the water only reaches about shoulder height. The left and right over the rocky bottom give intermediate and advanced surfers a real challenge.

Book your lesson
Choose Sayulita when you book. We check the forecast 24 hours ahead and confirm the best time. Got a preferred window? Let us know and we'll do our best.

Meet us at the shop
Calle Pelícanos 5, by the river in the center of Sayulita. Walk to the main bridge and follow the river toward the ocean: we're in the first block on your right. We fit your board and rash guard and walk to the beach together.
03
Paddle out together
Lessons take place at the beginner break in front of the fishing boats. After a short session on the sand, your instructor is in the water with you, helping you catch your own waves.
